Article 11 – Cookie policy

In order to facilitate access to the Service, the business uses cookies on its Site. Cookies are text files, often encrypted, stored on your smartphone or browser. They are created when your smartphone, tablet or computer loads an application or website: the application or website sends information to your device or browser, which then creates a text file.

These elements make it possible to record information about the pages you have visited, as well as the date and time of consultation.

Each time you return to the same application or site, your smartphone or browser retrieves this file and sends it back to the application or site.

The Site may automatically collect standard information. All indirectly collected information will only be used to monitor the volume, type and configuration of traffic using this Site, to develop its design and layout and for other administrative and planning purposes, and more generally to improve the service we offer you.

At no time do these cookies allow the business to personally identify the User. The retention period for these cookies on the User’s computer does not exceed one (1) month. However, the User is informed that they have the possibility of opposing the recording of these cookies, in particular by configuring their Internet browser accordingly.

You acknowledge that you have been informed that the Publisher may use cookies. If you do not wish cookies to be used on your device, most browsers allow you to disable cookies via the settings options. You may object to the placement of cookies by configuring your browser or smartphone. However, such refusal may prevent the proper functioning of the Site.

We use technical cookies throughout your browsing session to facilitate it and to perform certain functions.

We also use social network cookies, which may be created by social media platforms to enable website designers to share their content on those platforms. These cookies are only placed if you give your consent. You can obtain information about their nature, accept them or refuse them. We also invite you to consult the privacy policies of the social platforms that create these cookies.

We use advertising cookies, which may be created not only by the website you are visiting but also by other websites that display advertisements, announcements, widgets or other elements on the page you view. These cookies are only placed if you give your consent. You can obtain information about their nature, accept them or refuse them.

We use Google Analytics, a statistical audience analysis tool that generates a cookie used to measure the number of visits to our Site, the number of pages viewed and user activity. Your IP address is also collected in order to determine the city from which you are connecting.

Article 12 – Applicable law

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. If these attempts fail, any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation and/or performance of the ToU shall be brought, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party notice, before the French courts.

These conditions of use of the Site are governed by French law, subject to any specific attribution of jurisdiction arising from a particular legal or regulatory text.
