This privacy policy is intended to inform you, in accordance with European Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “Regulation” or “GDPR”), of our practices regarding the collection, use and sharing of the information that you may provide to us in the course of our activities.

This policy aims to inform you of the categories of personal data that we may collect or hold about you, how we use them, with whom we share them, how we protect them, and the rights you have over your personal data.

Who are the recipients of the data we collect and why do we share this data with them?

In accordance with applicable regulations, Data may be transmitted to the competent authorities upon request, in particular to public bodies, judicial auxiliaries, court officers, debt collection bodies, solely in order to comply with legal obligations, as well as in the context of identifying the perpetrators of offences committed on the internet.

The Data collected and processed is made available to members of the team, interns, and to any internal department of the business.

3. Data transferred to third parties

We may work in collaboration with third-party companies or consultants, self-employed professionals who may have access to your Data, in particular:

  • Sub-processors we use to provide IT services (database management, hosting, storage, maintenance, etc.), accounting services or communication services.

We only transmit to these third parties the Data they need to perform their services, and we require them not to use your Data for any other purpose. Your Data is stored and hosted, for the entire duration of its processing, on servers located at Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, Lumiel Building, 4th floor, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus.

The IP address may also be collected in order to determine the city from which you are connecting.

What are your rights over your data and how can you exercise them?

In accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, you have a number of rights in relation to your Data, namely:

Right of access: you have the right to access all of your personal data at any time.

Right to rectification: you have the right to rectify at any time any inaccurate, incomplete or outdated personal data.

Right to restriction: you have the right to obtain restriction of the processing of your personal data in certain cases defined in Article 18 of the GDPR.
